About Katherin Gysel

Lawyer with more than 9 years of experience in urban planning, real estate, and administrative law, with an emphasis on real estate trusts, project structuring, and condominium regimes. She has experience in the analysis of urban regulations at both national and local levels, as well as in the structuring and execution of urban development projects, including due diligence and licensing processes.

She has participated in the structuring of trust schemes and autonomous trust estates, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of contracts related to real estate projects.
