- Participated in the sale of oil assets in Colombia through the creation of a new corporate vehicle incorporated in Canada, with the purpose of listing it on the Toronto Stock Exchange and subsequently selling it. This process led to the creation of Parex.
- Development of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) emission reduction programs for the generation of carbon credits and their subsequent international trading on the stock exchange.
- Leadership and technical and corporate structuring of bidding processes (rounds) aimed at the qualification and successful award of exploration and production contracts in Colombia with the National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) and Ecopetrol, in coordination with the legal department of Omega Energy Group.
- Led due diligence processes for the acquisition of companies in the energy sector.
