About Ángela María

Partner of the Urban Law team. She has 20 years of professional experience in structuring real estate projects, helping her clients to manage, control and substantially reduce risks, and to face problems in their execution.

She has actively participated in the implementation and development of land management and financing instruments and urban planning in land management plans of different cities, macro projects of social interest, partial plans, implementation plans, real estate securitization processes, real estate trusts and related businesses.

    • Coordinate and review the preparation of minutes, public deeds and registration of these in the matter of notarization of urbanizations, encompasses, subdivisions and clarifications of area.

    • 2021. Master in Urban and Regional Planning, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
    • 2007. Specialist in Administrative Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
    • 2005. Lawyer graduated from the University of La Sabana.
